ORDER CANCELLATION

Guru Printers will happily help clients cancel an order prior to approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email only. Our customer service team will inform the client of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.

If a job is canceled prior to approval, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design work, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. Cancellation fees prior to approval may be 15%-30% of the total transaction amount, depending on the labor hours and administrative fees involved. The minimum cancellation fee before approval is $15.

Once an order has already gone to print, Guru Printers can only refund the shipping (if applicable). Guru Printers cannot refund a client when their order has been sent to print, because production has already begun.

If a job is canceled prior to it going to print, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design, etc.) and/or administrative fees (credit card fees, etc.) will be subtracted from the client’s refund. Once the order has been placed successfully, refunds will not be issued for logo or design services. For orders between $0 – $49.99: there will be a $5 fee. For orders over $50: a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order will be charged. (a minimum of $15 and a maximum of $500*). *No cap on CC payments over $5000.

All charges related to expedited printing (rush turnarounds) or shipping are not refundable, including returned orders for any reason. The client must return 100% of the product within seven (7) days (at client’s own expense) from the time the delivery was received.

As each order is unique to the client, it has no re-sale value (once it has been printed). All sales are final. If Guru Printers verifies that an error was made on our part, we will reprint the order, free of charge.

Orders on hold due to file or payment issues will be canceled by Guru Printers if no response is received via email from the client within fourteen (14) days. Charged orders that have been canceled due to no response will be subject to a cancellation fee, as stated above.

There is a NO REFUND policy for logo and graphic design service orders that have been placed.

All work and services rendered to the client remains property of Guru Printers until the client has reconciled payment for it and discharged all other debts owing to Guru Printers. If the client misuses service(s) in any way, Guru Printers reserves the right to contact the parties responsible for the misuse and demand the cost of the service(s).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As each order is unique to the client and has no re-sale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If Guru Printers verifies that an error was made on our part during production, we will re-print the order. No refund or credits will be applied.

The client must notify Guru Printers within five (5) business days of order acceptance of any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive replacement, the client must return 100% of the received product within fourteen (14) days (at their own expense) from the time the ordered product was delivered.

All charges related to expedited printing (rush turnarounds or shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be shipped by the client at their own expense.

ABANDONED ORDERS

Orders that have not been picked up at the chosen brick and mortar location after 30 days, will be considered an ABANDONED ORDER and will be discarded and no refund or credits will be applied.
